A serve packed with soft apricotty sweetness and fresh peppery, piney notes. Blanco tequila delivers a saltiness which, with the addition of the lime garnish, balances out the spicy, woody heat of Schweppes Ginger Ale.
1. 30ml Blanco Tequila
2. 15ml Apricot Liqueur Note bars can substitute serve with Apricot Brandy if they do not have access to Apricot Liqueur
3. 5ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup
4. 5ml Lime Juice
5. Top with Schweppes Ginger Ale
6. Lime wheel to garnish
1. Place cubed ice in glass before adding ingredients
2. Stir quickly to dilute and chill
3. Top with Schweppes Ginger Ale
4. Lightly mix (pull) all ingredients together
5. Garnish with lime.
